A Worthy Hole Blinds a Weak Drive

When is a hole a blind one, and consequently undesirable?  Only when play of normal perfection does not make it possible for the player to see the green as he shoots for it.  In other words blindness can not be criticized if feeble or erring play makes it so.  If the second shot to this green is blind, it is only because the drive made it so.
